These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pilly mobile application. By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Pilly is a personal organization tool: it helps you record medications, schedule reminders, and review your own adherence. It is NOT a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the judgment of a physician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for taking medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Reminders can fail — devices are silenced, batteries die, notifications are disabled. Do not rely on the App as your only safeguard for critical medications.
AI-generated content (the assistant’s replies, package-scan extractions) can be wrong or incomplete. Always verify scanned medication details against the package itself and your prescription, and direct all medical questions to your doctor or pharmacist.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access our systems without authorization, abuse the AI endpoints, or use the App in violation of applicable law.
The App, including its design, characters, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights other than the personal, non-transferable right to use the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages arising from missed or incorrect doses, reliance on AI-generated content, or inability to use the App.
We may modify or discontinue the App or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
