We answer every message — about how to use the app, account and subscription questions, bug reports, refund help, or anything else. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. When you write, it helps to include your device model and iOS version.
Reminders aren’t arriving. Enable notifications in iOS Settings → Pilly, and make sure Dose reminders is on in the app’s Settings.
I reinstalled and lost my data. Pilly backs up your medications and history to iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID and reopen the app — everything restores automatically.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Open the App Store → tap your account photo → Subscriptions → Pilly, where you can change or cancel Pilly Plus or Pilly Pro at any time.
How do I add a medication? Tap the + on the Meds tab, or photograph the package and Pilly fills in the details for you.
Pilly is a friendly medication reminder: track your medications, get reminders you can act on, scan a package to add a med in seconds, and see your adherence over time. Pilly is an organizational aid, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice — always follow your doctor and pharmacist.
